Oreo Ice Cream Shop Pie (Taken with instagram)
2 boxes of Oreo Jell-O Pudding
1 (8 oz) container of whipped topping
1 1/4 cup of milk
30 0reo cookies (separated)
3 tbsp. butter (melted)
Place 20 Oreo cookies into a zip sandwich bag and crush with a rolling pin. Once cookies are crushed add melted butter. Mix cookies crumbs and butter together well. Use an 8” cheesecake pan and press crumbed mixture into the bottom of pan with the bottom of a glass or any smooth surface.
Pour cold milk into large bowl and add pudding mix. Whisk together until pudding begins to get thick and smooth. Add the whipped topping to the pudding and mix well. Spoon pudding mixture onto pie crust and place remaining cookies on top. Cover the top of the pan with foil or plastic wrap and freeze for about 2 hours or until firm.
